Terms of Use

1. General

  • This website (the "Site") is an online shop selling products and services to consumers in the United Kingdom. The Site is owned and operated by "Pink Flora" (the "Company").
  • An "activity" on the Site means any order or purchase of products and/or other services offered on the Site.
  • These terms apply to every activity you carry out on the Site and form the legal basis between you and the Company. Please read them carefully. Browsing or any activity on the Site constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
  • Any person who carries out an activity on the Site declares that they are aware of and agree to these terms and the rules of participation.
  • The Company reserves the right to change these terms from time to time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  • Product images on the Site are for illustration only and are not binding. The Company endeavours to present the most accurate images and details possible.
  • The Company does not undertake to keep all products whose images appear on the Site in stock.
  • The Company makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is complete and accurate. However, in good faith there may be inaccuracies, and the Company does not accept liability arising from them.
  • The Company may update product prices and delivery charges from time to time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed when the order was completed.
  • The Company may offer promotions, discounts and benefits and may stop, change or replace them at any time without prior notice.
  • The terms of use apply to use of the Site and the services it includes, on any computer or communication device.
  • You may participate in the purchase process if you are 18 or over, legally capable of entering into binding agreements, and the holder of a valid debit or credit card issued by a recognised UK card issuer.

2. Sale process / using the Site

  • The Company allows you to purchase various products and services through the Site.
  • For each product or service offered, an "activity page" is displayed showing the product or service and the sale price.
  • To place an order, choose the product and quantity, then provide basic details such as name, address, email, phone number and card details. Please make sure all details are correct so we can process your order properly.
  • After placing the order, your card details will be verified by the payment processor. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email.
  • The Site uses SSL encryption. The Company is not liable for any indirect or direct damage caused if this information is lost, accessed by a hostile party or used without authorisation.
  • You will be charged via your debit/credit card after the purchase.
  • Knowingly providing false details may constitute a criminal offence.
  • If your payment is not approved by the card issuer, you'll receive a notice. To complete the purchase you'll need to contact our customer service team.
  • Order confirmation and the Company's commitment to deliver are subject to the product being in stock at the time of dispatch. Even if not noted as out of stock, the Company is not obliged to fulfil an order. If applicable, the Company will refund any sum paid.
  • The Company reserves the right to prevent access to sales or to cancel the participation of users whose conduct is improper or contrary to the rules of participation.

3. Delivery times and shipping

  • The Company will arrange delivery of any product purchased on the Site to the UK address you provided at checkout. The Company commits to dispatch only products that have been paid for in full.
  • The Company is not liable for any delivery delay or non-delivery caused by force majeure or events outside its control, including strikes, lockouts and the like.
  • Delivery times shown on the activity page are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day the order is approved by the card issuer.
  • If you cancel an order after dispatch, the cancellation is conditional on returning the products in their original packaging, intact and undamaged.
  • Delivery is provided by a third-party courier outside the Company's direct control. The customer will not have any claim against the Company for damage or delay caused by such third-party service.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, except for items excluded by those regulations.
  • To cancel an order, please email customer service at hello@pinkflora.co.uk, in accordance with consumer-protection law and the Company's returns and cancellation policy (see Refund Policy page).
  • If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, please email hello@pinkflora.co.uk in accordance with consumer-protection law and our returns policy.
  • Returns are conditional on the product being intact, unused and in its original packaging. Subject to the conditions above, the Company will provide a refund less a 5% cancellation fee or £25 — whichever is lower.
  • Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If the product arrives damaged or its specification differs from that published on the Site, you may cancel within 48 hours of receipt by emailing customer service at hello@pinkflora.co.uk.

6. Cancellation by the Company and Site shutdown

  • In the event of force majeure that prevents the Company from operating the Site, supplying products or fulfilling its obligations, the Company may terminate engagements with customers in whole or in part. "Force majeure" includes computer failures, telephone or other communication failures, sabotage and security incidents.
  • If circumstances outside the control of the Site's owners or operators delay or prevent product sales, the Company may terminate engagements with customers and/or suspend the Site.
  • If after the sale a product is found to be out of stock, the Company may cancel the sale or offer an equivalent alternative. Where a sale is cancelled, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage to the customer or any third party.
  • If a printing error occurs in a product description, price, payment terms, image or other promotional material, the Company may cancel the specific purchase and provide a full refund.
  • Where this document conflicts with applicable consumer-protection law in force at the time of the transaction, the law prevails.

7. Liability and service

  • The Company, the Site's management and anyone acting on their behalf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage caused to a user, browser, customer or third party as a result of using or purchasing through the Site contrary to these terms.
  • Product images on the Site are for illustration only and there may be differences between the images and the actual products.
  • In any event, the Company's liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased, and shall not include indirect or consequential damage.
  • Products on the Site are food supplements only and are not a substitute for medical care. Information on the Site is not medical advice. Please consult a doctor before starting any supplement, particularly if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescription medication.
  • Results may vary from person to person. Use of the products is at the customer's own responsibility.
  • The Company is not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside its control, such as faults, strikes, natural disasters or telephone/computer system failures.

8. Intellectual property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Site — including patents, copyright, designs, methods and trade secrets — belong to the Company. These rights apply, among other things, to the graphic design of the Site, its databases, source code, web address and every other detail related to its operation.
  • You may not present the Site with a different design or interface than the one designed by the Company without prior written consent.
  • The name "Pink Flora" and the Company's trademarks (whether registered or not) are the sole property of the Company. You may not use them without prior written consent.

Delivery times

  • Order processing time is 1–3 working days from payment confirmation.
  • After processing, delivery to UK addresses arrives within 3–5 working days (working days are Mon–Fri, excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • In rare cases of high demand, delivery may take longer than the times stated above.
  • We recommend reviewing your order confirmation email and ensuring all details are correct and up to date.
