Refund Policy
Refund eligibility and our 30-day trial apply only to multi-bottle bundles (2 bottles or more).
Pink Flora operates in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable consumer-protection regulations, and places customer health and safety above all else. The terms below apply to refunds and cancellations on our website:
1. Refund window
Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date the product was received, provided the conditions below are fully met.
2. Hygiene & safety restrictions (no opened products)
In line with regulations covering food supplements and personal-care products, opened products cannot be returned. No refund or credit will be issued for any product whose safety seal has been torn, opened or removed, due to hygiene and safety concerns. Single-bottle purchases that have been opened are therefore not eligible for refund.
3. Refund eligibility on bundles (2+ bottles)
To allow you to try Pink Flora properly, refunds are available on multi-bottle bundles under the following conditions only:
- For bundle orders, the trial entitlement applies to one bottle only from the bundle.
- To cancel the order, the customer must return the remaining bottles in the bundle, fully sealed, in their original packaging and with the safety seal completely intact.
- Once the sealed bottles are received at our warehouse and verified, a full refund will be issued for the order, less the original delivery charges.
4. How to request a refund
To start the returns process, please follow these steps:
- Email customer service at hello@pinkflora.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved in principle, you'll receive precise instructions and a return address. Items sent without prior arrangement and written approval cannot be accepted or refunded.
- The customer is responsible for return-postage costs.
5. Refund processing
Once we receive the returned items and verify the safety seals, we'll send a confirmation email with the refund status.
- Refunds are made directly to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days from the date the return is approved.
- Original delivery charges (where applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
6. Damaged or faulty items
Pink Flora is committed to delivering high-quality, undamaged products. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@pinkflora.co.uk with a clear photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a quick replacement.
